Pros
Positive environment, free & very helpful atmosphere you can get to work. Very discipline rules and regulations. Technically or non-technically, always you can learn something inside Falgu. Management always treat equally to freshers as well as experience persons. You can not imagine the things that you will get, If you are working hard. Really a dream company to work for.
Cons
At my point of view- need to identify the staff members who are spreading negative and false rumors about company. Very strict about delivery dates. More work: less developers.
