      Classic example of how a poor management ruins the business

      Office is out of date, everything is very old and dirty; No benefits. The Christmas gift for employees is 10£. Christmas dinner on your own cost. No professional development No work satisfaction Poor unprofessional management Covid unsafe: they hide cases and make people go to work sick. They asked people to switch off Bluetooth in the office in order not to be pinned by NHS app. No flexibility, work from home is strictly forbidden even during outbreaks People turnover is massive, no support or training for new people Communication is shocking. Managers never cascade any information, or reply emails Toxic environment, blaming culture Very old style management, micro management, favouritism
