      None I can think of.

      Cons

      A hugely political, face fits type of organisation 4 slow years in this place and my skill set had actually diminished. Vague and misaligned business objectives, poorly managed PDPs, a culture of entitlement for the chosen few - the rest eventually realize they are wasting their time and leave.

      Pros

      Some excellent teams, hectic work but with strong customer focus. Opportunity to work abroad and spend time training and coaching.

      Cons

      No opportunity to develop or progress. Poor management and huge number of terrible staff that have been in the business of 20 plus years, who have become institutionalised and ultimately useless.
