Pros
Small so can get quick decisions done compared to many others
Cons
Where to start. Poor public schedule and high cancellations. Lose out to so called partners QA. They undercut you constantly. Not as good as the market leading Cisco partner. Not as agile as niche partners Losing a lot of money Level of sales staff massively declined....great at meetings but rubbish at delivering revenue. Moving more and more to a Germany centric business.
