This is a pyramid scheme. And they lie to you from the beginning. Every single one of them, from the receptionist to the CEO. They put up job ads in multiple different categories in order to lure in a wide net of people. In truth, your background and experience don't matter. You'll be doing door to door sales regardless of what the ad said. There are no exceptions.
Long hours with no hourly pay (again, despite what the ad says). This is a commission based sales company where no one is making any real money except the CEO. The employees like to pretend they're all high rolling, but in actuality, they're broke.
Speaking of the CEO, he is one of the most unethical and obnoxious people you'll ever come across. I'm seriously amazed no one has taken this dude to court yet. He and his cronies will lie to you about the true nature of this job all the way up until the second interview (which is held outside.) Then they'll finally reveal what you should already know by now: That it's a door to door sales job.
If you catch on to their scheme beforehand and start asking questions, watch how rude and frustrated they get. They couldn't trick you, so now they hate you.
And lastly, the fact that they're putting so much effort into burying negative reviews all over the internet should tell you a lot about this company and it's owner. Would you trust a company that so desperately tries to hide the truth like this? They even named their new division "FTI Energy" in order to make you confuse it with FTI Consulting, which is an actual legit company that also has energy products. See what I mean? The deeper you dig, the more deception you find from these liars.
If you're a self respecting professional, believe me when I say you can do a lot better than this shady joke of a company. They are NOT what they pretend to be.
