      Pros

      This is a company that actually cares about its employees. It strives to be the best in all ways. I will always pick a company that is making an effort to do better than one that doesn’t care. I appreciate that they stand up for the greater good.

      Cons

      Health insurance rates are not getting any cheaper, but I can appreciate the company paying on this benefit.

      Having Fun Up North

      Pros

      What I really like about working here is the great atmosphere and getting to work in Duluth. It's a fun place to work downtown and is directly connected to the Lakewalk. It's refreshing to go for a walk over lunch in the great up north, easy walk to Canal Park and cool shops all around!

      Cons

      It's warmer by the lake, make the best of it.

      Pros

      Comfortable work environment and culture. Fast paced technology provides challenging work to stay ahead of the curve. Great team and active senior management who cares about doing a good job.

      Cons

      If you're a person looking to advance through several positions in a short period of time, this is better suited for people who want to get really good in a long-standing position.
