Great colleagues, nice office, easy transportation to workplace, challenging and exciting job, supportive, observant, capable and fair Nordics manager, I got a lot of good friends
Cons
Location outside of Amsterdam, but good public transport, sometimes people are too tired to socialize on fridays after a busy

Pros
- Great atmosphere and good coworkers - Great deal of independence and trust: if you perform well, management trusts you to do your thing without micromanaging - broad range of activities -challenging project management work - good feedback system in place: positive and negative performance issues are continuously discussed - great work/life balance, hardly any overtime - great locations in the center of cities - flexibility with regards to HR, IT and personal needs - bonus scheme (NB: Your mileage may vary, since each country team is individually managed)
Cons
- Competitive salary for the language industry, but unfortunately the language industry does not pay premium rates to employees - limited growth possibilities outside of PM work (again, something that's common in the language industry) - limited perks outside of bonus scheme (again, your mileage may vary)
