- Horrible work life balance - Promotes "family environment" which just means they expect you to give up your life for this job resulting in a ton of burned out employees - Continually add to your work load with no extra compensation and then get mad at you when you cannot deliver - Constant drama with the owner/CEO and his family that work there - Turnover is super high and they do not hire enough people to replace the ones that left - Lack of responsibility & accountability - Everything is always someone else's fault resulting in a lot of anger and hostility - No real support or mentorship is offered You are better off finding a different job
