      Challenging but rewarding

      Pros

      A company which is constantly shifting to try to best serve their users - the mission is becoming ever more the focal point of the organisation which makes the work very rewarding. The perks for team members are really good - including unlimited PTO, generous new joiner budget and an expense account. My career has progressed massively since I joined Feeld; I've had a lot of trust put in me by the leadership team and I've taken on new roles and responsibilities I hadn't imagined would be available to me.

      Cons

      All remote company so timezones become an issue when planning life outside of work. The shifts in priority can feel very challenging to juggle.

      Pros

      By far the best place I have ever worked; Feeld has the most wonderful company culture and warm and friendly staff. The work is extremely stimulating, your ideas are always encouraged and welcomed and I take pride in saying I work for the business. Love the flexibility and the supportive culture. At Feeld, I'm always being encouraged to do more, to think harder and further. Could not praise it more.

      Cons

      Remote working can be a little lonely sometimes, and I think the business would have an incredible office if everyone did work together IRL but the benefits of being remote outweigh the negatives.

      Pros

      You get to work with committed, passionate people who genuinely believe in the missions and values of Feeld, working hard to live them at work and beyond. Many have left blue chips companies to come and work at Feeld, as we drive to scale-up the business in a way that's ethical and deliberate, and 100% unique to the business.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. You have to be fully immersed in the brand but the upside is it's a compelling new challenge every day. The company is remote and there are people all around the world, so if you need to be in a room with people to be creative Feeld may not be a culture fit for you. But if you're a motivated self-starter, with your eye on the prize of making the world a better place, then it may well be for you.
