There is no rock bottom of bad treatment here, they always manage to make it worse.

Pros
You get off the day after Thanksgiving. Everyone in the company gets around the same raise every year, regardless of performance.
Cons
Upper management knows nothing of the performance of a typical employee and thus there is no room or opportunity for advancement. Middle management is Mentally abusive with not one, but two cases where employees have left due to abusive behavior of managers. There are no performance reviews, so good work you do will never get noticed. There is zero communication about problems, ideas, or concerns thus the company has been the same and will always stay the same regardless of a need to change.
