Great brand to work for but not the right place if you value career progression
Pros
- Fantastic products & beautiful heritage and brand DNA - A lot of responsibilities- steep learning curve! - Looks great on CV as one of the trendiest brands at the moment - Part of the LVMH Group - which allows you to venture to other brands within the group, for future opportunities
Cons
- No prospect for growth and development - No training, coaching/mentoring for career development - Low salary compensation - Company culture is still very closed minded, despite being an internationally growing brand; No decision making power at market levels (only at HQ/Corporate level), which disempowers employees at all levels at market level - Lack of communication and structure across different departments, which leads to ineffectiveness at many levels (all the way down to store level)
