Pros
If you can't get a job any where else they will hire you. if you work nights your on a 12.5 hr shift that works a 2 days on 2 days off 2 on 2 off 3 on 3 off. on nights your hrs are 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
Cons
1)you have to watch your pay check and fight to get payed for the hours you work!!! and after your base pay its based on piece rate and they will find a way to dock your hrs so you dont get piece rate increase. also they say they will give you payed time off for death in family have fun trying to get the pay and on your yearly review they will tell you you dont get a merrit raize due to missed work 2)The benifts suck you pay 50%-70% of the cost. 3)They lie to you from day one (in your interview they will tell you they have a good saftey recored LIE.They tell you the piece rate increas is made all the time LIE ect... 4)the way they do vacation sucks you start earning it jan 1 and have to use it by dec 31 the same year, so you will never get full week off in spring,summer or fall and you can only earn 1 week off untill year 5.
