      Cons

      Site is very old and could do with significant investment. Salary for white collar workers is not competitive when compared to other local organizations.

      Senior leadership is driving company forward, good investment in the business, develops employees & takes safety seriously.

      Company has not always had good leadership & theres some catching up to be done! Company pension contribution could be better.

      Pros

      Very personable company with a decentralised structure allowing global operations and divisions the chance to maximise opportunities for the business. Middle to senior management are approachable. As a long serving employee I've found people throughout the company very understanding of personal circumstances and trying to get a reasonable work life balance.

      Cons

      Many sites have long serving employees which might limit the opportunities for promotion/career advancement.
