      Fun working environment. The family business really includes everyone. Great place to learn additional skills/job functions for growth in your role and beyond.

      A great sector of business and note-worthy clients. Owners of company have decades of experience and genuinely care about their company and employees; benefits are provided.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and facetious upper management creates a hostile work environment. Extreme micromanagement leaves little room for professional growth ( We are watched on cameras by management on their phones while they are home). Management will be petty and create drama by airing people's personal business between associates. Very Very Harsh treatment of employees. No HR.
