Thank you so much for your review. We agree, our legacy employees are really great people, and we have a compelling product that we’re all very passionate about!
However, we are very sorry to hear your feelings about some of the folks in leadership roles and we appreciate your advice to be more empathetic. Please know that we strive to be a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace but recognize that there is always room for improvement. As you may have read in other review responses, FEVO has bi-annual peer and manager review cycles where employees are encouraged to raise any concerns they might have. We appreciate your candor, but we are deeply disappointed that you did not feel comfortable enough to express these concerns via one of these employee surveys while you were working at FEVO.
