Pros

-When there is high call volume the pay is awesome -They do allow you to work overtime at your discretion -Owner is very down to earth and personable, he really cares about his employees regardless of whatever "rank" they're at

Cons

-Very easy to create an unhealthy work/life balance -By extension, that imbalance is encouraged if you are not hitting your numbers, regardless of whether call volume is high or low. For example, I was shamed or guilt tripped for hitting anything less than 50-60hr work weeks, regardless of whatever I had going on in my personal life. -Extremely poor communication in between management and various departments i.e. telemarketing, service, finance, sales reps, etc. Makes for a very frustrating work environment when everyone is not on the same page regarding protocols or new information. Issues are raised to management but nothing is ever resolved,

Pros

A lot of down time.

Cons

Unqualified appointments. Low pay. Wasting gas and miles on your car. The company has a "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" approach to setting appointments. They even lie to people about what the appointment is about. This causes you to go to appointments with people who are uninterested in getting a water filtration system. It's a revolving door of salespeople, that's why they're always hiring.
