      Pros

      Flexible, never bored, learn a lot from having to sink or swim on my own

      Cons

      No loyalty to team members, inconsiderate to your time, unorganized office, and expect to do other people’s jobs for them, high turnaround as people realize there is better opportunities elsewhere

      Work from home Friday’s, a cool office space.

      Cons

      There’s a reason this place can’t keep talent. The CEO is everything a real leader shouldn’t be... disorganized, condescending, flaky, and extremely immature and makes his employees uncomfortable. This company is going nowhere.

      The other Full Timers are cool, very caring and helpful. Also a pro, if you want to buy drugs, there are a thousand homeless zombies right outside that can help you.

      Cons

      If you never got the opportunity to rush a Frat in college, now is your chance. I have never drank this much in my life, and it (in my opinion) was completely unprofessional. Nothing like taking 3 shots of Patron at 2pm and then getting back to work. I always felt uncomfortable with the CEO, his intensity and "Alpha" mentality couldn't be any more Beta if he tried. Also, they lure you in with " unlimited time off" but you will work every single day, the workload is insane. Also, he will bring his (cute) but super hairy dog into the office, and then make you sweep up dog hair before clients come in.
