      Pros

      Pay was decent and I didn’t experience micro-managing.

      Cons

      On my first day, I had one individual tell me they were giving their notice after being employed for 3 months. Within two weeks another employee told me they were seeking another job.

      Pros

      Great teammates and colleagues that ARE NOT MANAGEMENT. The employees that are not management are what makes this bank run well. They help balance out the obtuse decisions made by management.

      Cons

      All levels of management are mostly for decoration. Promotions are not merit driven. You will be in the same position with the same pay 10 years later unless you are within your department's inner circle of politics. The bank preaches a "Right By You" motto that is printed on everything that have, yet this must only apply to customers as employees are not treated with the same respect.

      Growing bank with a lot of potential

      Pros

      Strong bank with middle/upper management that is very approachable and easy to work with. Goals are high but very achievable and every transaction is customer focused- not driven by the bottom line. HR is great to work with and the banks executive leadership is always open to ideas.

      Cons

      The bank has been investing in better technology and should continue to do so to compete with regional banks. The pay is a little below market in certain positions however the benefit package is amazing and the insurance premium is very low. No individual bonus structure like other banks.
