      Pros

      The business was founded by the visionary, Matt Holland. He is very much still active in the code and for good reason. Field Effect have taken on the mammoth task of building and delivering their own IP to replace the entire cyber security stack. It's a big ask and they are delivering. The people are brilliant and I have made some life long friends during my 2.5 years there. Work life balance is just right.

      Cons

      All Cons I had would have been resolved by now and were due to Field Effect being in start-up mode, so cannot comment for their current scale-up/growth.

      Pros

      If culture, values, inspiration and innovation is a big deal to you, then you have not gone wrong looking at Field Effect. I have been here 5 months and every month gets better and better. Even through a pandemic, I can honestly this company puts the wellness of their people first. A truly rare find, with so much more to explore, I am very excited about my future and I have never said that about an employer before. Without being too cliche, there are too many points to mention, that make this company such a great place to work, however the people stand out the most. So many exceptionally talented people that I get to be around and learn from.

      Pros

      Great work culture, surrounded by very intelligent and mission oriented people. The team is collaborative, leadership is approachable, and there's a genuine effort to support employee development and well-being. The work is meaningful, and the culture promotes balance and inclusivity.

      Cons

      My experience has been nothing but positive.
