      Pros

      Owners of the company are readily accessible. Great place to work for with that work/quality of life balance. Well established company with loads of opportunities to those that raise their hand. Fun and exciting place to work with exposure to emerging technology.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of, I enjoyed my ten years plus with FEI.

      Fun company - lots to learn!

      Pros

      The job is interesting, engaging and no two days are the same. There is always something to learn - whether it's about new equipment, sales techniques or project objectives. I genuinely enjoyed working there for over 3 years. Upper management is easy to talk to and there are opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Job is fast paced and a new industry for most. Not necessarily a con - but can be overwhelming when first starting.
