Pros

Invested in value added, long-term customer relationships with a customer first attitude, even when challenges arise. Positive company culture starting from the top down. FieldAware is growing rapidly, in product capabilities, partnerships and customers.

Cons

Some normal growing pains, but no major cons at this time

Pros

Flexible working conditions and good support for remote work. Well established, effective agile development process - pretty chaos-free. Regular social events and team lunches. New CEO has instilled a strong team spirit which had been lacking in the past. Smart, fun people to work with.

Cons

Company still in growth phase, so doesn't have all the Hooli-style perks.

- The Plano office if full of great people - They have a sincere desire to help our customers be successful. - They work really hard, everybody works equally hard... not one employee "phones it in". - FieldAware is a great product, so it's easy to be dedicated to the team, customers and product. - Great location!

Cons

Early retirement sounds more fun. But, since I have to work, this is the best environment for me.
