Pros
FieldLogix is a great place to work! I started working here right after graduating and they do what they can to help you grow and ensure that you're reaching your career goals. I still feel like I'm learning and management continues to schedule trainings and provide their employees with resources. The company culture is amazing and I look forward to going to work and seeing everyone. FieldLogix continues to innovate and push out new features to help users.
Cons
As an innovative company, there is always updates in features and changes meaning that you're required to know these as well. I enjoy this personally because it's never static. However, if you're not open to switching up your strategy it might be challenging.
