      What goes up is sure to come crashing down .....

      Pros

      Most co-workers are the only Pro about FieldTurf. Most are hard working people that have to work ridiculous amount of hours and it goes unappreciated.

      Cons

      Uneducated manager's get promoted while their current department is in shambles. Same uneducated manager that got promoted has yet another dept crumble. Employees are let go or they quit....common denominator. Open your eyes, not difficult to see who/what the problem is.

      Pros

      Most employees work their tails off and are generally great people.

      Cons

      Corp greed changed product, quality, customer service and senior leadership is why. The product used to be the best and consistent. Now it's falling apart for several reasons globally and they won't even stand behind it anymore.

      Pros

      Great product in a highly competitive industry. Income potentials are substantial if go out and work smart.

      Cons

      Horrible corporate culture with unqualified people calling the shots on how to create sales. Company reputation is being destroyed by in ffective leadership who refuse to do the right thing for their customers. Way too much overhead at Sr levels that force ridiculous margins and makes the company less competitive
