Pros

- GREAT Pay! -"Care Packages" for canvassers. Water, Granola bars. -Food sometimes after a hard day's work. OCCASIONALLY. -Varied methods to get paid by: Direct Deposit, Check, or Rapidcash card -"Flexible in the sense that you get to choose your days, but not your hours" -Management

Cons

-Horrible Management -"Flexible in the sense that you get to choose your days, but not your hours" -Management -"Clipboards" are actually pieces of cardboard, taped up to look like a clipboard. -Difficult quota to reach- 20 Petitions per day -They purposely let people go after no more than 2 weeks. -Constantly getting kicked off of properties they have you canvas, and are expected to get over 20 registrations per day.

Pros

This is a company where you are at the mercy of the director. If you have a good one, the job is enjoyable and is worth your time. If you have a bad director, the job is miserable. Usually, the people you work with are reasonable. Whether or not you have a quality experience depends on the management. It is fun to work with your friends, carpool, and put in an honest day's work with low stress.

Cons

There are signs in the office that say "There is no quota" but that is not true. They pay close attention to your amount of signatures, and you could be let go if you do not meet the metrics. Fieldworks is not clear in their criteria. Different directors give different instructions. One of the directors at the office I worked at got fired for being verbally abusive to me as well as my coworkers. Standards need to be in place, but they must at least be reasonable. There are also many "haters" out on the field who will not give you a chance.
