Pros

I feel tremendously lucky to be part of a such a friendly, compassionate and diverse group of people. Everyone is always at hand to help, to answer any questions that you might have. Managers provide constructive feedback and always seek to encourage opportunities for CPD. You are given a lot of autonomy on your work right from the get go, to challenge standard practices and encourage to come up with new methods of improving the way you conduct your work. As a new, innovative start-up, there are lots of ways for you to shape the future trajectory of the business, to be part of a fast expanding and constantly evolving organisation. Given the challenges of the past year, and the fact that we are all working from home, I have been incredibly touched by the compassion and understanding shown by everyone in the team and in particular senior managers. Everyone is looking out for each other, and checking to ensure that we are not overburdened with work or over-stressed, which is great because I know that this is not always case in many other organisations and something which makes FW a great team to be a part of.

Cons

Nature of remote working means fewer opportunities to interact with wider members of the team. However, people are tremendously friendly and always approachable.

A wild and crazy place.

Pros

They don't check references and almost anyone can get a job there and add phone experience to their resume. It's only 28-34 hours a week which works out well for students and others who don't want 40 hours. Some of the people are nice.

Cons

The upper management is verbally abusive and fires people without good reason. The place is very disorganized and the work is very stressful. Some of the people are sleazy and project their own weaknesses on to others. You have to watch your back.

Fieldwork Dallas Office is the worst place to work

Pros

Fieldwork Dallas is always hiring hostesses. If you are in college and need a part-time job and have hostess experience or customer service experience then you have a chance of getting a hostess position at Fieldwork Dallas. They pay between $10 and $12.

Cons

This office cannot keep employees because the senior staff is so rude and over bearing. The staff will talk to you as if you are beneath them and blow up your mistakes. The training is not sufficient. They expect you to learn how to set up a recording system in two days. They expect you to know how to arrange a fruit tray, as if you are a food sculptor. If you dare mess up, you will not live it down. The upper management at Fieldwork Dallas has mood swings and blows up at everything. They are not approachable. There were more arguments between staff because the supervisors would put us against each other.
