Pros

Fast growing, occasional pizza luncheons, reasonable benefits. Most of the general employees are great and fun loving people. The work environment is pretty laid back.

Cons

Unfriendly towards veterans, unwilling to train on the job, will lie and tell you what ever you would like to hear just to keep you on the job until they can find a replacement. Upper management is seemingly lost when it comes to any one under the Director level.

Fun work environment with some amazing people. Opportunities to travel and work with sales to grow business.

Cons

Lack of structure makes career driven people move on quickly due to no apparent ladder to climb. Very competitive work environment with little to no management or organization. Traditional unfair hierarchy.
