- Reliable employment - Decent benefits - Valuable work experience well beyond your role in the company

- Inadequate pay for permanent positions as well as a reluctant culture to address proper compensation - When it comes to corporate projects and deadlines, they tend to react when things go wrong rather than prevent the issues in the first place - Lack of accountability in team settings and unrealistic expectations regarding supporting employees during big changes - A lot of talk and little walk when it comes to improving existing processes
