- the setting in the office is very unwelcoming
- Dont expect to make friends in this company, everyone lives in their own world.
- Was told not allowed to snack in our seats, because the boss hates the scent of food around the office
- as a creative agency, they did not provide enough space and freedom for creativity
- people rolled their eyes if you speak too loud in the office
- within a week, i acknowledged that at least five people resigned and will be leaving within a month
- you have to arrive into office on time and make sure you check in, after lunch receptionist will walk around and make sure everyone is in their seat working
- never expect you can leave the office on time, even you have done working.
- never get fully paid on the first 3 months since you wont be paid on public holidays
THIS IS THE CULTURE, think triple times before you decide to accept their offer!!
