Deplorable working conditions. Worst experience ever.

I don't really know what to write here... Uhm.. I love what I do, and I happen to be very very good at it. The best in fact, as the many awards I have state. Yet I am making half of what I should.. forced to work 6 days a week.. Being harrassed every day by manager that has absolutely no experience or business running a dealership.
Cons
Absolutely no oversight whatsoever by Findlay upper management at the store level. I have never in my entire career experienced such a hostile, low paying, mismanaged, mess in my entire life. I tried to contact HR about the constant harrasment and terrible treatment of all employees by the GM.. and he wouldn't speak with me!! What a joke! This store has been open for only 2 years and has experienced over 100% turnover every year! That's a lot of good people's lives ruined. This company has shown that it simply does not value the employees that work so hard to make it successful... And a company like that... Does not deserve your time, or business.
