Pros

work-life balance and good coworkers

Cons

pretty embarrassing how management implants their own reviews here, just reflects the kind of dirt they hide. believe what the actual employees are saying about favouritism and power-tripping among HR particularly in Manila. they protect the incompetent and fearmongers among them. there's no growth here, management is stifling and you can't expect any sense of progress with the work you are doing. having a nice enough office or free food doesnt make a culture good, recognizing burn-out or employee satisfaction does. if you want to be branded so badly as a great place to work, listen to your people.

Pros

The work culture here is honestly one of the best I’ve been part of. People are friendly, supportive, and genuinely care about doing great work together. It creates an environment where you feel motivated and valued. The managers and senior leadership are truly impressive — not just in their skills, but in how they treat people. They’re approachable, down-to-earth, and always willing to share their knowledge. It’s been easy to look up to them as mentors. I also really appreciate the flexible hybrid setup. It strikes a great balance between in-office connection and the freedom to work from home when needed. It’s helped me stay productive without feeling burnt out.

Cons

If there’s one thing that could be better, it’s that work-life balance can vary from team to team. Some teams or roles might have more intense periods than others. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, but a bit more consistency across the board would make a great experience even better.
