      Great remote work but strict performance tracking, and low employee value,

      Pros

      Full remote work, Competitive benefits, Most Coworkers were very social, capable and kind.

      Cons

      Sales tracking. even though this is displayed as a "service" role. The numbers of referrals and sold products is heavily tracked. "blackout" vacation periods, and slow to approve or deny vacation requests

      Well-organized and thought out interview, onboarding and training processes. You will immediately feel you have support and given relevant information from day one. From the first interaction you are met with positivity and professionalism.

      Pros

      Thank you FFCU for Kitchen Table! It gave many of us frontline workers the chance to discuss stories of mistreatment, overwork, and swap job opportunities!

      Cons

      overworked, given projects and then told you are not allowed time to work on those projects, members are unhappy with turn around times and ai and management and C suite could care less because they are making money, no incentives, micromanagement, very limited growth opportunities, poor organization, cult like coorporate structure.
