Cons
Many roles require a lot of travel and time away from home. For some this may be an advantage, but personally I find it hard.
Firefly offers so much flexibility. If you have a family emergency - you can leave at the drop of a hat. Need to pick your kids up from school every day? You can adjust your schedule to make that work. In July you get the whole week of the 4th of July off as paid holiday; same in December - the week between Christmas and New Year's is paid holiday. Not many small non-profits offer that.
