      Fully remote work has taken away from collaboration, but I'm looking forward to working on a hybrid schedule.

      Firmani offers a culture of teamwork and mutual support. There are high levels of trust and collaboration among all team members. They support an employee's well-being including work-life balance. There is always open and honest communication and encouragement between employees and management. Strong values and mission.
