      Pros

      Easy to get there. It had a couple of innovative departments and initiatives. Big clients. No marketing strategy.

      Cons

      Terrible working culture (hierarchy, micromanagement, sexism, etc). Generally low salaries. Poor benefits and offices.

      In my position it was self-organized role. Friendly team.

      Cons

      All salary was grey, no helping from executives all problems I solve by myself. Full chaos in management. Only Goal is money no professional growing. Employees only hands and no benefits for this
