Great place to work, and you are working from home

Pros

Very interesting job positions, lots of possibilities to climb the company's ladder if you want to. Lots of support from senior professionals. You never work on weekends.

Cons

Sometimes projects can be a little bit boring and repetitive, but not for long periods. You might need to work with people that aren't really motivated to work, but that also happens rarely.

Thank you for your feedback. Because we typically only have 1 or 2 staff members outside of Serbia in any given country, it is hard to plan get-togethers for one person. We have over 400 people in Serbia so we are able to do more. We are proud that we do invite all of our staff outside of Serbia to attend the holiday party in Serbia, and offer to reimburse some of the cost!

Pros

Usually fun, varied work, great colleagues, prompt payment, prompt replies from HR. In general a good company to work for.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits, frequently incomplete instructions for assignments. The low pay mars the job in general, unfortunately. Would like to see this change.
