Weekly pay, amazing support & advice from other drivers.
Cons
No work life balance, have you working 7 days in a row but only pay you for 5. No sick pay before you’ve worked for 5 years. A huge lack of communication from office staff to drivers. Use the term professional driver to blame you for absolutely everything to name a few.
