      There are some great lower level management and below.

      Cons

      Upper management and Executive team are incapable of creating an environment for success. Their inability to manage either process or teams will be disastrous for their long term outlook. The culture is toxic and dishonest and do not value the employees for their role in the day to day function of the bank.

      Small company with room to grow

      Cons

      This company is a moving target, and expect you to fail. Was an employee for 5+ years and was very loyal. The manager at the time would adhere to policies that were counterproductive and somehow was promoted from receptionist to running the department (all with no experience).
