They always pay you on time and there is a support network.

Cons

They just don't care! Your bought out hours can be cancelled at a whim and no one contacts you or is even bothered that one minute a teacher can have a full schedule of 30 hours a week and then nothing. They just don't care. They also hire too many teachers and then they expect you to be on standby for four hours and maybe get a 30 minute lesson. In effect a teacher gets paid thirty minutes for working four hours. This company DOES NOT CARE!

All this talk and promise of a fixed schedule and I only got 4 hours in 3 months! Absolutely ridiculous, and downright liars.

They pay on time. The students have been great.

Cons

Annoying management bugging you all the time. Lots of unpaid administration work and test, and expected to be contactable 24/7. Poor training.
