      Pros

      The two offices in London are really plush, with free biscuits.

      Cons

      Staff turnover is high, with tutors and coaches leaving constantly. Latest yearly pay increase was below inflation, reflecting on how staff are viewed. Senior management have no concept of the struggles for both tutors and coaches alike. Service being provided to clients is awful.

      Pros

      Amazing people across all the company regardless of their job title. Good wage and holidays package. Very flexible. Great shares scheme. Options to progress. Great work/life balance, very understanding and caring (i had a few personal situations come up during my employment and have only received support and offers to accomodate my schedule/workload around it). Nothing to complain about, great company.
