A poorly managed and deeply flawed workplace
Pros
Always overworked and underpaid staff never runs out of work to do. Rampant sexism and racism makes redundant meetings go quickly since men always interrupt women and only a few laugh at the inappropriate jokes. Don't worry about work life balance because it doesn't exist.
Cons
Skewed pay scale, toxic work environment, poor communication, low staff morale and high turnover. Management says lots about change and culture but does very little. There are several inappropriate relationships between management that often results in the disclosing of sensitive information. Timecards are edited ensure no overtime is taken. LGBTQ+, women and racial minorities are openly mocked and disrespected. Under-qualified individuals often get hired and/or promoted.
