      Pay and salary is fair.

      Cons

      The training and people to work with are micromanagers with an expectation that you learn their way of processing within 60 days, mostly on your own. If you ask questions you are considered unknowledgeable. You are also not allowed to use teammates within your department to help because the person training does not like them.
