      13th month Mid-year bonus (only if you can hit your monthly quota) Year-end bonus (only if you can hit the yearly branch quota)

      Cons

      Not pro-employee. Salary is too low. No yearly increase. Bonuses are based on performance. If poor, then there's no bonus. Not good for retirement. No employee encouragement.
