Bullied, made to feel inadequate, overworked, under appreciated, bad management, family run business with no heart. Highest turnover of staff. Management is the problem

Poor Training. Blame Culture. Untrustworthy Management. Management are not Supportive. Communication between higher management and smaller teams is extremely poor. High turnover in staff. Do not like promoting from within.
