Pros
There are some really good staff here in the lower level management levels and below (engineering and hourly positions). There are quite a few long term employees who are very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly.
Cons
Unfortunately this position is not valued at all by upper management, and there has been a revolving door of engineers in this position over the past five or so years. The starting salary is about $20k less than the base wage of a starting electrician which is crazy. Their are a few senior level employees that are completely out for themselves. It’s actually kind of funny to watch how they “snowball” other members of the organization to make themselves sound REALLY smart and important.

The pay is good,but at the price of communist dictatorship

They treat their employees with very little value. They don't respect their employees opinions and they discriminate against employees for their religious beliefs
