Pros

Only good thing is the original group of employees before the company was bought are amazing.

Cons

- Financials are a mess, with upper management not taking any initiative to remedy this (but they'll ensure they are) - Net loss in profits since the companies inception, still at a huge loss today - No chance of any meaningful payrises - Personal development and appraisals have been written off for the last 2 years, giving little to no structure for progression or higher pay - Upper management insist on honesty from employees, but the same is not returned when we ask for the same - Socials have gone from being a highlight to something people are choosing to avoid because they're poorly done

It’s an interesting place…

Pros

- There are some really lovely employees - They pay ok wages and some ok perks

Cons

- It’s just really poorly managed, management are really out for themselves and their bonuses - The product itself is in a really bad way and management are a little bit delusional in their ambitions - There is no sick pay by default - Everyone is so burned out from maintaining a broken product it’s a bit difficult to get anything done - Hard work is rewarded with more work

Pros

Use to be great before being taken over by Nuterra.

Cons

Lie on their job adverts (you will have to travel to Reading 4 times a year). Since the takeover the new corporate boss treat staff like serfs. Constant revolving door of new employees as they constantly increase workload and offer no reward. HR are bullies who try to gaslight employees into believe they agreed to change of terms when this isn't true.
