I worked at Flagship Media full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Commission Free on site parking Generous annual leave and a very understanding HR department who are willing to work with you. Get to go home early if target is hit. Happy environment to work in and the managers couldn't have been more supportive during a rough spell and Xmas holidays and all the bank holidays off. 9.30 start everyday was good. I overall loved the job only left cos I wanted a change in career. Work stays in work and really nice Xmas dinner that was paid for (free food).

    Cons

    Not close enough to McDonalds

I worked at Flagship Media full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

If you are a new graduate just starting out in journalism you'll get a lot of varied writing experience fast. Great starter job for aspiring sub-editor or features journalist.

    Cons

The pay could be better. Some sales staff do make a fortune but editorial staff are quite low paid. Good if you're early 20s and single, not if you have to support a family.

I have been working at Flagship Media full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There is daily targets to leave early for everyone, easily accessible by bus or car, great commission structure, you can make a lot of money if you want to, management is laid back, training manager Alan helps you out as much as needed, the general manager Bill recognises hard work and rewards it, very easy hours, 3 breaks throughout the day, you are not micro managed whatsoever if you fail everyone fails and if you succeed everyone succeeds.

    Cons

In the time Ive been here there hasn't really been many cons to be fair other than the fact there is no canteen to eat at but there is vending machines which you can grab crisps or a drink from.
