      Pros

      My manager genuinely cares about me. Really focused on my development and that of all in the company. Company has big ambitions and I am excited for the future and what it holds.

      Cons

      It is fast paced but for people who like to be moving forwards and developing new opportunities that's a good thing

      Pros

      An excellent company to work for that takes great pride in helping to develop colleagues as well as providing lots of additional benefits such as your birthday off. A very fast paced agile business.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Really open to feedback. There are daily, monthly and quarterley meetings, each with a different take, but aimed at making the company a better place. These are really taken on board. Beacuse of this we have a really good benefits package; health care scheme, flexi-time etc.

      Cons

      Very fast paced. The days go quickly!
