Pros

The company has a well-established market position and good reputation. They’ve got clearly defined goals and standards, which to me it provides a sense of stability. There is a solid training program provided, which is followed by tools that allow you to keep growing.

Cons

The work can be intense at busy days, however, there is a supportive team culture that makes it definitely easier and manageable.

I had a great experience working at Flashbay. It’s a good company if you want to develop and sharpen your sales skills — the training and support really help you grow. The work environment is dynamic, with plenty of team events that make it both fun and engaging. I’d also like to highlight Camille, who is great to work with — always supportive, professional, and motivating.

Cons

The fast-paced environment and ambitious targets can sometimes feel challenging, but they also push you to grow and achieve your best.
