Close to non existent benefits. Does not pay EPF, which is against the law. Manager takes credit for people’s work, manipulative and cannot stand if other people outshine her. Toxic culture.
No career advancement. Weird dynamic with UK regulatory team. Management is using MY as cheap labour.
Entry-level candidates preferred so can get first Sales role if changing career path.
Cons
Management structure is not great. Management and HR support for employees is severely lacking. Expectations is to frequently work overtime without TOIL or payment. High turnover of Account Managers due to Regional Managers micro-managing teams. Expenses and mileage constantly scrutinised and have to fight to get reimbursed monthly. No career progression - targets are quietly changed mid-year and performance reviews for staff do not have any real structure, completely subjective to Regional Managers opinion.
