Pros

The people and culture are great. Never worked with so many fun and friendly people. You can be yourself and always feel valued. Great perks such as discounted travel, generous health plan, summer party. Nature of the job is fun, selling travel and it’s one of the best paid in the industry. Lots of opportunity and supported to develop and different areas of business to work in.

Cons

As is the nature of sales there is a pressure to work and it’s hard to switch off. Sometimes long hours and logging in at weekends if you don’t want to lose a sale. Systems aren’t great. A lot of change in processes and not always well thought out or communicated and executed. Base pay could be higher. Concern about future direction of company as selling flights becomes less viable.
